net flix posted a profit as it beat its forecast. signing over two million new internet subscribers in the u.s.. the game led to a profit of 13 cents per share. analysts predicted a 13 cent loss. kodak takes another step towards getting out of bankruptcy. a judge approved $844 million in financing that kodak will use. this was contingent on the sale of its patent portfolio. kodak is in the process of selling patents to a group of tech giants for $527 million. and cisco says it's lie byeing an israel start up that makes
